Official Visit of Administrators

University of Phayao aspires to become one of the destination choices for students, academicians, and researchers around the globe. To arrive at that lofty end, the concept of a well-aligned organization must not merely be a concept, but it must blossom and express itself clearly in action. 

On March 28, 2022, Chiang Rai Campus, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tipchan Wongchanta, Director, gave a warm welcome to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpoh, President of University of Phayao, vice presidents, deans, and administrators of the University. The official visit was to ensure the organizational alignment which is commonly regarded as a powerful way to create collaborations among schools/units within the University. In other words, the visit of the top administrators of the University entailed the motives to motivate such leadership that can promote positive culture of the organization.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ticphan Wongchanta made a report on the success of Chiang Rai Campus in the fiscal year 2021. The presentation topics included administrative policy of the Campus (in alignment with that of University of Phayao); works from administrative, academic, and strategic planning units; and ways to develop the Campus in the future. 

The meeting ended with exchanges of ideas that can help the Campus to overcome operational challenges, maximize workforce ability to achieve the set goals, and create a unifying workplace culture for University of Phayao.
